California federal prosecutors declared on Thursday that a grand jury has indicted Kavon London Grant, also recognized as “Vonnie,” along with Deandre Dontrell Wilson, known as “DeDe,” Keith Jones, referred to as “Flacka,” David Brian Lindsey, nicknamed “Browneyez,” and Asa Houston, commonly called “Boogie.”
Although Durk is not named as a defendant in this case, he has been actively contesting the classification of OTF as a gang amidst a separate investigation related to the murder of his adversary, FBG Duck.
According to prosecutors, the August 2022 incident is directly linked to a confrontation in Atlanta that occurred in November 2020, during which Quando’s associate Lul Timm fatally shot King Von following an altercation.

The indictment alleges that the purported OTF gang members established a bounty and utilized a credit card affiliated with the label to purchase flight tickets traveling from Chicago to California to locate Quando after discovering his location.
Authorities assert that Grant piloted a private aircraft from Miami to California to manage the lethal operation, arranging hotel accommodations and other vital resources needed for the execution of the hit.
The authorities have alleged that Grant facilitated the acquisition of vehicles, balaclavas, and weapons to execute their deadly scheme, including arranging rentals for the BMW and Infiniti sedans that were reportedly equipped with counterfeit license plates.
Prosecutors suspect that Quando was the primary target, positioned within the vehicle during the incident, but tragically, the gunfire struck his cousin, Saviay’a Robinson, instead.
A visibly shaken Quando found it challenging to communicate with detectives at the scene, with prosecutors noting that the Chicago group departed the following day.
Information has emerged that Houston and Jones are set for court hearings in Chicago on Monday, while the other three defendants have opted to forgo their rights to a hearing in Chicago before being transferred to Los Angeles.
Following the melee, Durk and Quando chose to let bygones be bygones and continued their music careers. In an ironic twist, both are set to release new albums this November!!!
