Trick Daddy is still saying he’s not African-American, which he stated earlier this week.

“I ain’t never been to Afro-ca,” he said then. “I have never been to Africa. Never been there. I’m not from Africa … I ain’t never been to Africa. Ain’t think about going. I know it’s a beautiful place, and I know it’s the motherland but not my mother, not her mother and not her mother’s mother. That ain’t their land.”

A big discussion broke out on social media after those comments, which made Trick double down on his stance.

“My grandmother ain’t never tell me not one motherf*cking story about Africa,” he said according to Complex. “I don’t know nothing about Africa. All I know is the only African people I run into, they think they better than us over here. So what you worried about me saying that I’m not African? I’m just American. What is wrong with you n*ggas?”

Trick also took offense to folks on the Rickey Smiley Morning Show talking about him.

“F*ck your motherf*cking podcast. F*ck your show, n*gga,” he said. “Don’t bring my motherf*cking name up. I don’t know you bitches … I’m still not saying you n*ggas’ names.”

Where do you stand on the African-American debate?
