Nick Jonas was not in a playful mood during the Jonas Brothers’ performance in Prague … he promptly left the stage after a red laser beam struck his face — dashing for safety.
The musician took to the stage in the Czech capital Tuesday night … and, right in the midst of the performance, NJ appeared to panic over something before sprinting off, racing toward safety.
Watch the video … Nick gracefully navigating his path, making a turn, and vanishing from view — while an apparent security officer speeds alongside him.
An image captured of Nick reveals precisely what prompted the performer to spring into action … a pulsating red dot on his forehead, resembling something you’d see in films just before a sniper takes aim.
Clearly, Jonas was not willing to risk the incident being merely a joke, opting to vacate the stage as a precaution. It was reported that the other two Jonas Brothers also exited shortly after.
Event organizers informed Variety that the interruption lasted for several minutes … but the boy band resumed their performance and concluded their show without any further issues.
The Jonas Brothers are currently on their “Five Albums, One Night” tour, which is set to conclude in a few hours in Krakow, Poland.
Joe or Kevin to dash for the dressing room like Forrest Gump this time around!
