Renowned radio personality Angie Martinez took to social media to refute claims made by outlets such as The Source, AllHipHop, and several others that asserted the 57-year-old producer had unexpectedly passed away due to health issues.
Angie is currently in charge of producing Clark’s biographical documentary titled “God’s Favorite DJ: The Story of DJ Clark Kent” … and she has affirmed that he is presently with his family at home.

Clark’s melodic offspring Mage also shared with TMZ Hip Hop that the rumors are completely fabricated, noting that he was seated right beside his father when he came across the false information.
Clark played a pivotal role in producing several tracks for Jay-Z‘s iconic “Reasonable Doubt” debut album … and he is widely recognized as one of the most dedicated sneaker enthusiasts in hip hop history.
The false reports regarding Clark’s passing incensed many of his peers, including Pete Rock and DJ Scratch, who also vocally criticized the news outlets.
