Diddy is under federal indictments concerning racketeering and trafficking due to his involvement in sex parties referred to as freak-offs.
Infominds consulted Hilton Napoleon, a former prosecutor who has transitioned into a defense attorney specializing in federal offenses, to discuss Puff’s legal maneuvers.
“Diddy’s legal team is undoubtedly going to claim that these gatherings were consensual, and that the sexual interactions were voluntary. However, a challenging aspect of this specific case is that one of the alleged victims, Cassie, has publicly stated that these freak-off events were non-consensual. When you observe her exiting a hotel room and see Diddy dashing out in a towel, seemingly grabbing her, assaulting her, and dragging her back inside, it’s likely that many people will not view that as consensual,” he articulated.
He further remarked that the outcome of much of the case will hinge on the evidence available to the Feds, which includes extensive footage from CCTV cameras that were seized from his residences.
He predicts that Puff could face a sentence spanning 15 to 20 years in federal prison, implying that his release might not occur until he is approximately 70 years old.
