However, he refrained from voicing his thoughts on the ongoing Drake vs. Everybody dispute of 2024.

“Drake’s a wonderful individual. He’s consistently treated me well, and he’s been kind to everyone. I’m from the traditional school of respecting those who support you. I stand for loyalty. While I may not grasp the subtleties of the feud between Kendrick and Drake … [But] as for everyone else, the situation puzzled me; I was truly taken aback by how many people turned against him. I was perplexed. I thought they were all friends … I’ve never collaborated with Drake. I’ve never earned a dime from him. But he truly is a remarkable person … if I were Drake, I’d be utterly perplexed about how they all went against me,” Joe remarked.
Joe further called out J. Cole for stepping back from the confrontation instead of showing solidarity for Drake (and himself).
“That’s why I didn’t grasp why J. Cole didn’t step up to the plate. You need to step onto the field. I admire J. Cole and respect his work, but you must come to the yard,” Joe concluded.
