Cardi B celebrated the arrival of her third daughter this September. While numerous fans anticipated she would take it easy for a while, she swiftly got back to her routine. Barely a week post-delivery, the “WAP” sensation shared clips of her working out, and by the close of the month, she was seen at PFW.
In an Instagram Live session on the morning of October 7, Cardi discussed her recent pregnancy experience and how it differed from her prior ones. “I can’t pinpoint why, but this baby was effortless for me. I delivered her within minutes,” she began. “The actual birth happened in just seven minutes, and not long after, I had an incredible surge of energy. I felt like I could take on anything, unlike my previous pregnancies.”
Reflecting on the birth of her son, Wave, she said, “It took me forever to even stand,” referring to her second oldest child. She humorously noted, “He had a massive head that literally wrecked my body — my everything.” Cardi recalled needing stitches when she welcomed Kulture in 2018.
“Every pregnancy is unique, and each body responds differently. Give yourself the time to recover,” she advised. “Once you sense your pelvis is okay, it might be time to start doing cardio, then after three weeks, you can incorporate weightlifting and similar activities.”
Although Cardi hasn’t revealed her youngest child’s name yet, this marks her third with Offset. Sadly, the joyful event occurred amidst their divorce proceedings, during which he accused her of infidelity during her pregnancy. “You were with [someone else] while I was expecting! Be honest!” he wrote during Cardi’s September Instagram Live.
