Bradley Martyn — the well-known fitness personality recognized for founding ZOO Culture — is facing a lawsuit from an individual who claims that Martyn’s security personnel treated him aggressively… forcefully hitting his head against a pole without justification.
Charles Mancusco mentions that he was present at the vibrant Encino gym for the establishment’s 2-year anniversary celebration back in January… an occasion he asserts was accessible to all.
During the gathering, Mancusco claims that Martyn and other ZOO Culture members incited chaos by handing out free marketing items… while simultaneously coaxing attendees to engage in substance use and physical tussles.
At a certain moment in the evening, Mancusco reports that he and a group of people tagged along with Martyn outside the gym… however, when he attempted to re-enter, he alleges that the event’s security barred his access. He claims Martyn instructed the guards to remove him from the venue.
Mancusco asserts that the security personnel followed Martyn’s command… violently assaulting him and smashing his head against a substantial pole inside the gym — leading to him losing consciousness and suffering serious injuries.
He is filing a suit against Martyn for negligence, inadequate hiring practices, and liability for the premises. He is pursuing unspecified compensation.
Martyn boasts over 4 million followers on Instagram, where he shares a multitude of fitness-related content. He also has around 3.5 million fans on TikTok… which makes him quite a prominent figure in the fitness influencer community.
Logan Paul clashed with Bradley in a private match over the summer in his gym, by the way… with witnesses stating that Logan emerged victorious from the brawl.
