Several years ago, a makeup artist who collaborated with GloRilla shared a picture of the rapper that captured her with her makeup partially wiped off, revealing a less-than-flattering appearance.
Unimpressed by this portrayal, GloRilla clapped back at the critics who ridiculed her appearance and took issue with the artist for sharing the image.
“It’s wild that y’all pretend you don’t see me every couple of days without any makeup on,” she expressed. “Those were just some out-of-control eyebrows.”
In her remarks directed at the makeup artist…
“What’s there to be proud about?” she questioned the artist. “Please take it down.”
The artist replied to Glo’s feedback:
”I was stunned to hear her ask that, like ‘why would I be proud, why would she be proud of this?’ Come on, you were my first famous client, who wouldn’t have felt pride? I know you felt proud when you got signed too… You had your time to refine your skills, just like I did,” she responded.
