Diddy is currently facing numerous new legal challenges, including a case launched by a young woman who identified unspecified celebrities and claims that the music industry titan assaulted her while she was only 13 years old at a party.
All in all, Diddy is up against five new federal lawsuits, which have been filed by Texas lawyer Tony Buzbee representing individuals who assert they were sexually assaulted by Diddy during separate incidents from 2000 to 2022. Furthermore, two additional lawsuits were submitted Sunday night in New York state court.
One of the most troubling accusations comes from a woman who alleges she was just 13 in 2000 when she was dropped off by a friend at Radio City Music Hall for the MTV Video Music Awards.
Documents acquired by TMZ reveal that the person bringing forth the accusations — known as Jane Doe — lacked a ticket, resulting in her remaining outside throughout the event. However, she was eager to attend one of the after-parties, ultimately encountering a limousine driver who allegedly worked for Combs.
The driver reportedly told the accuser that she “met the criteria Diddy was seeking,” inviting her to the after-party hosted by the Bad Boy Records founder at a “large white house.”
Once she gained entry into the residence, the accuser claims she was compelled to sign a non-disclosure agreement and, upon surveying the surroundings, recognized a host of celebrities in attendance.
The accuser asserts that waitstaff were serving drinks to all guests, while she witnessed rampant drug use, with people smoking marijuana and snorting cocaine.
She describes consuming a drink that was reddish-yellow in hue, akin to orange juice and cranberry juice, with a bitter aftertaste that left her feeling dizzy and disoriented.
According to her assertions, she was forced to lie down in a bedroom, where Diddy eventually made his entrance alongside two other unnamed celebrities — one male and one female.
The accuser recounts that the male celebrity tore off her clothes and assaulted her before Diddy also allegedly perpetrated a violent sexual act against her. She describes fleeing the bedroom and staggering to a nearby gas station where she sought assistance.
Among the additional claimants, three purportedly faced assault from Diddy in 2022, including a businessman, a personal trainer, and a female hip hop artist. Moreover, another individual reported an alleged assault by Diddy during the Memorial Day weekend of 2014.
The legal representatives of Diddy addressed the recent lawsuits in a statement to TMZ, asserting, “The press conference and the toll-free number released prior to today’s influx of filings were evident attempts to attract media attention. Mr. Combs, alongside his legal counsel, possesses unwavering confidence in the veracity of the facts, their judicial defenses, and the integrity of the legal system. In a court of law, the truth will emerge: Mr. Combs has never engaged in sexual assault against anyone—be it adult or child, male or female.”

As initially reported, Diddy faced arrest in September on federal allegations of racketeering, sex trafficking, and a variety of other significant offenses. He has also been involved in multiple previous lawsuits with claims of sex trafficking and sexual assault.
