Authorities in Argentina are investigating thoroughly to uncover details regarding Liam Payne‘s passing, and TMZ has discovered they are interrogating all staff members at the hotel where he tragically plummeted from a third-floor balcony.
Law enforcement officials in Buenos Aires have informed TMZ that police are particularly concentrating on one hotel staff member whom they suspect may have provided the late artist with anxiety medications that were reportedly found in Liam’s accommodations at the CasaSur Palermo Hotel.
It has been communicated to us that law enforcement is looking into whether this employee provided Liam with any substances that were discovered in his system — which included cocaine, crack, ketamine, ecstasy, and a variant of crystal meth referred to as “cristal,” as indicated by preliminary autopsy findings.
We have been informed that no definitive conclusions have been reached, and inquiries are still active.
As previously mentioned, the initial findings from the autopsy indicated that Liam had a variety of substances in his system at the time of his demise last week — including a combination of drugs known as “pink cocaine.”
The autopsy results appear to corroborate what law enforcement has previously suggested — that drugs may have influenced Liam’s passing, which at least one police member has classified as a suicide.
