To commemorate the 10th anniversary of DAYS BEFORE RODEO, Travis Scott hosted a special concert in Atlanta this past August. Fans can now experience that memorable evening again with the launch of a concert film by Spotify on Wednesday (Sept. 18). This short documentary showcased highlights from the event, along with perspectives from the Houston artist’s manager, David Stromberg, and much more.

The dynamic footage featured loyal fans of the “Antidote” artist expressing their thrill about witnessing him perform live, along with their expectations for the evening. “I anticipate tonight will completely blow the roof off,” one enthusiast proclaimed, as another echoed, “It’s Atlanta. We wouldn’t expect anything less.”

Among Scott’s repertoire were highlight tracks from DAYS BEFORE RODEO such as “Skyfall,” “Drugs You Should Try It,” “Quintana Pt. 2,” and “Mamacita,” which featured prominent verses from Young Thug and the late Rich Homie Quan.

“Travis Scott’s DAYS BEFORE RODEO is a genre-defining work. Leading into the mixtape’s 10th anniversary and its debut on streaming, our goal was to acknowledge this occasion and capture the vibe it has brought to all of Scott’s fans,” Josh Peas, Spotify’s Head of Hip Hop and R&B Artist Partnerships, explained, as cited by Complex.

“By collaborating with the Cactus Jack team on an intimate performance in Atlanta for his most dedicated Spotify listeners, we returned to the roots of it all,” he further elaborated. “As a nod to that exceptional evening and as a gift for everyone to savor, this concert film serves as the perfect time capsule to narrate this story for years ahead.”

Scott’s DAYS BEFORE RODEO lost its top rank on the Billboard 200 chart to Sabrina Carpenter’s Short n’ Sweet, achieving an outstanding 361,000 album-equivalent units—just a mere 1,000 behind the pop sensation.

Nonetheless, as reported by REVOLT, the mixtape is projected to reclaim the number one spot shortly, mainly due to the recent distribution of vinyl copies.
