After wrapping up his military duties, J-Hope from BTS is making a quick return to the limelight … he threw the first pitch at a KBO Korean Series match!
Hobi had the honor of being a special guest at the exciting game featuring the KIA Tigers and Samsung Lions … arriving in an EV9 SUV and soaking in the love from the fans before his ceremonial throw.
The crowd erupted in cheers for the talented artist as he took to the mound … adorning a personalized purple glove featuring his name and the signature phrase “Borahae” from his group.
His pitch was impressive … as J-Hope, dressed in Korean Series merchandise, wound up and sent the ball directly over home plate.
He appeared pleased with his effort … tipping his hat and bowing to admirers as he exited the field.
Throughout the game, J-Hope found joy as well … even grooving to BLACKPINK’s singer Rosé‘s latest track, “APT,” with Bruno Mars at one moment.

In terms of the game’s outcome, the Tigers emerged victorious.
Just last week, Hobi concluded his obligatory South Korean military service … wrapping up his 18-month commitment.
The artist behind “Arson” achieved Sergeant rank during his tenure … evidently putting in a tremendous effort while away from the music scene.
The hugely successful K-pop ensemble now counts two members who have fulfilled their military duties … with Jin having completed his service and returning just this past June.
Currently, J-Hope is eager to return to his true passion … and the ARMY will need to be patient until at least 2025 for the full reunion with their favorite group members — but the anticipation will undoubtedly be worthwhile.
