Laura Loomer Responds to Bill Maher’s ‘Bimbo’ Insult, Defends Her Investigative Work

Laura Loomer is taking aim at Bill Maher, accusing him of attempting to undermine her career by branding her a “floozy” — a tactic she believes stems from her effectiveness in exposing Democratic misdeeds through her journalism.

In our discussion, the politically conservative activist revealed that she’s suing Maher for defamation, claiming his unfounded allegation of an affair with Donald Trump is a direct attack motivated by her noteworthy reports on prominent Democrats.

Loomer points out some significant stories she’s reported on, including her revelation about Tim Walz‘s family’s intention to vote against him along with Vice President Kamala Harris in the forthcoming elections.

She further asserts that she exposed stories regarding Doug Emhoff‘s previous affair with the nanny from his first marriage, in addition to a lawsuit against New York State Supreme Court Judge Juan Merchan over his refusal to release financial disclosures.

Moreover, Trump himself coined the term “Loomered” to characterize the outcomes of her investigative efforts. Laura asserts that the former president acknowledges her contributions in preventing FL Governor Ron DeSantis from securing the Republican party’s nomination.

Consequently, Loomer believes she has been “targeted as if I’m some sort of floozy or bimbo” as a tactic to shield the political left from her scrutiny.

Regarding Maher’s quip—a jest, really—on his program, “Real Time,” insinuating that she has an intimate relationship with Trump… Laura asserts that many individuals have traveled on DJT’s private jet alongside him, yet she is the sole person facing allegations of an affair.

Loomer disputes Maher’s characterization of her as a 9/11 conspiracy theorist, asserting that there’s no substantiating evidence for such a claim. As reported by The Associated Press, Loomer proclaimed “9/11 was an Inside Job!” in a post last year.
