Halle Berry will be pleased to know that the judge presiding over her ongoing custody dispute with ex-husband Olivier Martinez has favored her in a contention regarding their co-parenting arrangement.
The situation unfolded this summer when Halle accused Olivier of trying to withdraw from co-parenting therapy, prompting her to voice concerns in court, requesting the judge to compel Olivier to resume his attendance.
Recent legal documents procured by TMZ reveal that the judge backed Halle’s position… although he acknowledged that Olivier had already complied with her request after she brought the matter to court.
Thus, it appears Halle is enjoying a minor triumph in this situation.
Halle and Olivier were united in matrimony from 2013 to 2016… despite finalizing their divorce only in August 2023 after an arduous eight years. They have one son together, 11-year-old Maceo.
The judicial documents also stipulate that the judge has mandated both former partners to avoid discussing any child custody matters with their son and to refrain from making disparaging remarks about each other or their new partners in front of him.
We reached out to Olivier’s representatives for comment… but have yet to receive a response.
