Marsha Kearney — the mother of Kansas City Chiefs standout Rashee Rice — faces a misdemeanor charge this month following allegations that she pilfered a package belonging to her neighbor … as reported by TMZ Sports.
Authorities from North Richland Hills Police in Texas informed us that after Kearney’s neighbor accused her of swiping some Chappell Roan vinyl records directly from their porch, clearly visible on their Ring camera, an arrest warrant for the 43-year-old was issued on Oct. 8, following the incident on Sept. 29.

Law enforcement officials reported that Kearney voluntarily surrendered to the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office a week later, on Oct. 15, and was subsequently charged with one count of mail theft.
According to court documents, she is scheduled for a court appearance regarding the matter in late November.
This is not the first instance where Kearney has found herself facing court due to theft accusations … earlier this year, she was charged with a crime for allegedly appropriating various household items from an individual.
This prior case was ultimately dismissed in June — reportedly after she fulfilled some unspecified conditions.
As for Rice, he will have the opportunity to be by his mother’s side while she navigates through this latest legal ordeal … as he’s anticipated to be sidelined for the remainder of the season due to recent knee surgery.
