Pete Davidson has made his first public appearance in several months — seen for the first time since entering mental health treatment back in July, and he’s showing off a significant transformation in his appearance.
The funnyman and former ‘SNL’ star attended the opening game of the L.A. Clippers at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California, on Wednesday night, where he was seen hanging out with his friend MGK — and it appears that most of his sleeve tattoos have vanished!
As we all know, Pete is renowned for his extensive collection of tattoos, but it seems he is turning a new chapter by attempting to remove some of that ink — especially on his arms, where only faint traces appear to still linger.
Pete donned a red FDNY shirt, which appears to be a touching homage to his late father, Scott Matthew Davidson, an NYC firefighter who sadly lost his life in the 9/11 tragedy when Pete was merely 7 years old.
In general, Pete appeared to be in high spirits — particularly after a challenging few months culminating in his admission to a mental health facility this summer.
The news surfaced as Pete’s comedy performances were being canceled frequently … but he evidently prioritized his mental well-being — and it seems to be paying off given how cheerful he appeared in his latest sighting.
