Sharon Osbourne opines that Erik and Lyle Menendez are precisely where they ought to be … behind bars.
On Tuesday, we encountered Sharon alongside her son Jack Osbourne in Larchmont Village, where our photographer inquired whether they believed the Menendez brothers were entitled to release after nearly 35 years of incarceration.
Sharon and Jack are adamant that the brothers should stay imprisoned … highlighting the fact that they fatally shot their parents … and they believe that the allegations of molestation against Jose Menendez shouldn’t be enough for Erik and Lyle’s release.
In Sharon and Jack’s perspective … if they had been subjected to molestation, there would have been numerous alternatives available to Erik and Lyle to protect themselves that did not involve murdering their mother and father.

We also encountered Judge Judy at the Beverly Hills Hotel and sought her thoughts on the Menendez brothers … she candidly mentioned that she had nothing positive to express about them.
As previously reported … Erik and Lyle are aiming for release by Thanksgiving, with a court session upcoming that might lead to resentencing or changes in their convictions … potentially paving the path for their liberty.

If this avenue fails, the brothers are preparing to request California Governor Gavin Newsom to commute their sentences.
However, it appears that Sharon, Jack, and Judy are not in favor of any legal changes here.
