Megan Thee Stallion has initiated legal proceedings against a content creator, alleging the dissemination of misleading information regarding her … asserting that she is propagating falsehoods about the Tory Lanez legal matter, and disseminating deepfake adult content.
The rapper has filed a lawsuit against Milagro Elizabeth Cooper — an X platform user with almost 30k followers — accusing her of frequently publishing falsehoods about MTS, while acting as a spokesperson for Lanez to advance a distorted narrative regarding the shooting incident.
Among the false materials Milagro has shared — as per Megan’s claims — is a completely fabricated video that Thee Stallion’s attorneys assert depicts the star in explicit scenarios. They argue that this video has inflicted significant emotional trauma and damage to Megan’s public image.
Megan’s legal representatives assert that Milagro has also alleged that MTS has a severe drinking problem, questioned her cognitive ability, and labeled her as an “angry black woman.”
Regarding Tory, Megan’s legal team alleges that Cooper has circulated inaccurate statements concerning the evidence in the case … including the assertion that the weapon used by Tory to shoot Megan had gone missing. According to Megan’s team, it remains within LAPD’s possession.
The legal action also addresses posts on X that Milagro allegedly live-tweeted from Lanez’s trial … falsely asserting that Meg’s confidante Kelsey Harris confessed to lying to authorities when she claimed to have witnessed Lanez brandish a firearm at Meg.
Lanez has been found guilty of negligent firearm discharge, assault with a semiautomatic weapon, and possession of a loaded, unregistered firearm linked to the shooting incident. He is currently serving a decade-long sentence in prison.
Megan has initiated a lawsuit against Milagro for the dissemination of a fabricated sexual representation, deliberate infliction of emotional suffering, as well as invasion of privacy and false light. Furthermore, she is seeking a restraining order to prevent Milagro’s online harassment.
We’ve reached out to Cooper for comment but have yet to receive a response.
