Diddy is currently dealing with numerous lawsuits from nameless plaintiffs, but at least one individual must disclose their identity or face potential defeat in court.
Recent legal documents acquired by TMZ indicate that a New York judge has mandated that a woman accusing Diddy of a supposed sexual assault from two decades ago must reveal her true identity or risk having her case thrown out.
The accuser is known as Jane Doe in the lawsuit, which is among the 120 cases that Texas attorney Tony Buzbee claims to be bringing against Diddy.
In her ruling, Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil stated that, while the claims made are delicate, the Jane Doe has not demonstrated she deserves to maintain her anonymity. The judge emphasized that the woman is an adult who “chose to initiate a lawsuit against a high-profile figure for abhorrent behavior allegedly occurring around 20 years ago.”

The judge instructed the woman to file her complaint under her actual name by November 13; if she fails to do so, her case will be dismissed.
As previously reported, this accuser was the first client of Buzbee to file a lawsuit against Diddy, alleging she was raped under the threat of violence while she was a freshman in college in 2004.
Diddy has vehemently denied the allegations, asserting he has never sexually assaulted anyone.
We have reached out to Buzbee for a response, but have yet to receive any feedback.
