Bill Cosby accuser Stacey Pinkerton is taking him to court … taking legal action against over a sexual assault she declares occurred throughout the comic’s time on “The Cosby Show” … however Cosby’s camp states it’s a cash grab.
According to the claim, acquired by TMZ, Stacey claims Bill sexually attacked her method back in 1986 when she was roughly 21 years of ages … and she states he utilized his power, impact and authority as a ‘Cosby Show’ star to groom her.
Stacey declares she fulfilled Bill in 1986 and he welcomed her to New York, where the NBC struck comedy was recorded, to be on the program. She states she was working as a flight attendant and design at the time and Bill assured to assist her profession.
In the docs, Stacey declares she accepted socialize with Bill in New York under the pretense Cosby had an interest in advancing her profession as a design and starlet … however she declares he had ulterior intentions.

As we have always stated, and now America can see, this isn’t about justice for victims of alleged sexual assault, it’s ALL ABOUT MONEY. We believe that the courts, as well as the court of public opinion, will follow the rules of law and relieve Mr. Cosby of these alleged accusations. Mr. Cosby continues to vehemently deny all allegations waged against him and looks forward to defending himself in court.”
