Bronny James won’t Travel With the Lakers G-League Team

After allowing LeBron James his dream of suiting up next to his son, the Lakers sent Bronny James to their South Bay G-League team.

Sort of.

It turns out Bronny will only be playing in the team’s home games.

“He’s only going to play in the South Bay Lakers’ home games. He’s only going to kind of be a part-time G League player, and he’s not getting on United Airlines to fly to these road games,” Insider Brian Windhorst revealed.

This, of course, has reaks of special treatment and nepotism.

In his first and only G-League game, he shot 2-9 and turned the ball over five times, so it’s not like he couldn’t use the extra reps.

Has Bronny’s Make-A-Wish kid arc gone too far?
