Cardi B and Offset’s on-again, off-again relationship appears to have reached a definitive end following the rapper’s divorce filing this past year. On the night of Tuesday (Oct. 22), she took to Twitter to express her frustrations concerning the father of her three children.
“Honestly, I wish the absolute worst for this man. I’ve never despised anyone so deeply, and these women are so eager to have him,” she tweeted, before pleading for someone to “please take this man off my hands. This trash bag feels [too] heavy!”
“He’s the father of your children. Stop,” a user reminded the Grammy-award-winning artist. In a now-deleted follow-up, she responded, “Yes, he is. That’s why I don’t wish him dead, but I genuinely hold such disdain for this filthy narcissistic jerk… And his family and friends never hold him accountable. That’s why he will always be a terrible person.”
Another commenter remarked, “You still care about him,” to which Cardi retorted, “Absolutely not. I [want] him to get hit by a f**kin’ truck. He truly is just a storm cloud over anyone’s life he enters.”
In another thread, a different account speculated whether Offset had reported Child Protective Services (CPS) regarding their own children. However, the former reality television star dismissed those rumors: “That’s not what occurred. That [has] nothing [to] do [with] him.”
As of this report, Offset has yet to reply to his estranged wife’s remarks. Cardi confirmed their divorce while announcing her pregnancy with their third child, a baby girl they welcomed in September.
In September as well, he accused Cardi of infidelity during her pregnancy. The Invasion of Privacy artist seemingly hit back on Twitter saying, “AND DID!” before sharing purported text exchanges between herself and Offset.
