TMZ acquired these pictures and videos of the “Gangsta’s Paradise” rap artist taking a trip last Friday through the Houston airport, and he enjoyed and in excellent spirits as he welcomed some giddy fans.

Mika, the lady who stopped Coolio in the airport, informs TMZ … she added to him to get a picture and he got along and really pleased to take some photos, chuckling and being really interesting.

We’re informed he even welcomed Mika and her lady buddies to come to his program that night in Cypress, TX and they exchanged numbers and text– and Coolio got the ladies on the VIP visitor list.
