“Diddy Faces Legal Action from Woman Alleging Rape Following Tupac Comments”

Parham asserts that Diddy informed her that her existence was at his discretion and that he could “make her disappear,” adding that he subsequently perpetrated an anal rape against her while ordering two accomplices to do likewise, an allegation she asserts they complied with. Additionally, she alleges that another individual associated with Diddy raped her vaginally.

Following the alleged gang rape, Parham states Diddy and his associates left her lifeless form in the house while they ventured outside to smoke marijuana and cigarettes. Upon recovering her senses, she snatched a knife and an oversized shirt and attempted to escape, but needed to bypass Diddy first. She claims that when she faced him, he appeared astonished to see her upright, asserting he had given her “sufficient narcotics to sedate a horse.”

Parham alleges Diddy remarked that he “hadn’t indulged in such a tight a** for quite some time,” further proposing monetary compensation if she agreed to declare everything was consensual. Parham contends she declined, threatening to alert the authorities, with Diddy insisting that no one would believe her and warning her that he would threaten her family. She states that one of his affiliates displayed a phone which seemingly was broadcasting live from outside her sister’s residence.

In the legal documents, Parham asserts that Diddy even reached out to his mother, Janice Combs, to dissuade her from pressing charges over the rape incident … she claims that Diddy’s mother shouted at her to refrain from harming her son and dismissed Parham’s allegations that Diddy had sexually assaulted her.

Parham claims Diddy boasted about having escaped accountability for more substantial crimes and made references to Tupac. She indicates that this remark incited anger in one of the men accompanying Diddy, who brandished a firearm and later discharged it, prompting Diddy to flee.

She explains that she then pursued Diddy with the knife, catching up to him and nearly stabbing him as he pleaded for his life. She recounts that clarity struck her, leading her to flee toward the exit, but Diddy pursued her, and she brandished the knife at him, narrowly grazing his side.

According to the documents, Parham asserts she managed to escape to the street, shouting for neighbors to summon the authorities … shortly after, she heard Diddy’s SUV hastily departing from the premises.

Parham states that a deputy from the Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Department responded and she disclosed the violent gang rape by Diddy and others … however, she believes the CCCSD did not pursue an investigation into her allegations.

She also reports having informed the Walnut Creek Police and the Orinda Police Department about the assault … but was told no police department had initiated an active investigation into any of her allegations.

Parham’s legal representatives in this case are Ariel Mitchell and Shawn Perez … this is distinct from the 120 sexual assault lawsuits that Texas attorney Tony Buzbee is set to file against Diddy.
