Kaskade — famed for tracks such as “Escape” and “I Remember” — is in the process of divorcing, as reported by TMZ.
The renowned DJ’s spouse, Naomi Raddon, filed for divorce on Thursday, citing Ryan Gary Raddon as the legal name of her husband. She states that irreconcilable differences have prompted this decision.
Naomi states that they have been separated since June 27 of the current year, marking the end of nearly 28 years of marriage.
This situation is further complicated by the fact that Kaskade and Naomi have three children together, including their 14-year-old daughter, Isla. Details regarding custody arrangements remain unclear at this time.
Currently, Naomi is pursuing joint legal and physical custody of their children. Additionally, she is requesting spousal support and that Kaskade covers her legal fees. It remains unknown if a prenuptial agreement exists, but Kaskade is recognized as one of the highest-earning DJs globally, frequently appearing on Forbes’ annual lists.
Kaskade and Naomi first crossed paths in Provo, Utah, in 1995 through mutual acquaintances, quickly bonding over their shared interest in snowboarding. This resulted in Kaskade landing his inaugural paid performance in downtown Salt Lake City soon after.
According to friends, Kaskade is known for being family-oriented, preferring to spend his time with his loved ones rather than engaging in alcohol or drug use, a notable shift from the typical lifestyle in the DJ industry.
Attempts to contact Kaskade have been made, but no response has been received thus far.
