Megan Thee Stallion’s forthcoming documentary, Megan Thee Stallion: In Her Words, has been given a premiere date. On Monday (Oct. 14), Amazon revealed that the full-length film will be accessible for streaming on Prime Video this Halloween (Oct. 31).

As highlighted in the announcement, In Her Words will provide audiences with “unmatched access” to the Grammy-winning artist as she traverses through “celebrity, loss, expectations, and triumph.” Directed by Nneka Onuorah, who previously worked on projects like 2022’s “Lizzo’s Watch Out for the Big Grrrls” and “The G Word with Adam Conover,” the film promises rich storytelling.

“It’s a privilege to collaborate with Amazon MGM Studios, Roc Nation, and TIME Studios to tell Megan’s narrative,” Onuorah expressed, according to Variety. “Her authentic and vibrant essence truly shines through in this documentary. She stands as a beacon for all women deserving for their stories to be acknowledged.”

“We are excited to partner with Roc Nation to share Megan’s journey on a global stage. Many know her as a performer, but this series will provide her with the platform to reveal her truth like never before,” stated Loren Hammonds, Head of Documentary at TIME Studios. “Her journey is awe-inspiring, and the achievements she continues to unlock are outstanding.”

“We consider ourselves fortunate to have this chance to document her during a pivotal phase in her life and career, as she evolves remarkably in both her artistry and worldwide influence,” Hammonds elaborated.

Megan is also set to host her annual Hottieween celebration in Chicago on Oct. 31. Proceeds from ticket sales will benefit her Pete and Thomas Foundation, which aids women, children, and elders in underserved areas.

In Her Words will be the latest in a series of collaborations between the “Savage” artist and Amazon. The rapper has featured in numerous ads for Prime Day in July and introduced “It’s Prime Day,” which can also be found on MEGAN through the streaming service.
