Kamala Harris isn’t shy about throwing shade … taking aim at some disruptive hecklers at her gathering — quipping that they might want to seek out a former president’s significantly less populated event.
The Vice President made an appearance at a gathering in La Crosse, Wisconsin on Thursday … when a handful of hecklers began to voice their discontent while she delivered her speech.
Although it was tough to decipher their shouts, KH promptly dismissed them … suggesting they’ve come to the incorrect rally — eliciting laughter and robust applause from her audience.
VP Harris gestures towards the hecklers and allows her supporters to enjoy a chuckle … before quipping “I believe you intended to attend the smaller gathering down the road,” which draws even louder applause.
Notably, the subject of crowd size has sparked a heated exchange between the two candidates … with Donald Trump asserting he attracts significantly larger audiences than Kamala. The exchange escalated to the point where even former President Barack Obama had to interject — using some colorful hand signals.
By the way … Kamala is having a laugh here — since Trump was seen earlier that day in NYC and J.D. Vance had an event taking place in Pennsylvania. So clearly, Harris had the spotlight in Wisconsin all to herself.
Wisconsin remains a crucial battleground in the forthcoming election. President Joe Biden narrowly claimed its 10 electoral votes in 2020, and Trump was the victor in 2016 … so, the direction of this state remains uncertain for this election cycle.
They claim size isn’t the be-all-end-all … but it appears to hold significant weight in this election!
