Lil Durk is on the move.
The 32-year-old rapper has been transferred from jail in Florida to MDC Los Angeles.
From there, he will face federal charges of conspiracy, use of interstate facilities to commit murder-for-hire resulting in death, and using, carrying, and discharging firearms and a machine gun, and possession of such firearms in furtherance of a crime of violence resulting in death.
The Feds accuse Smurk of directing five of his goons to murder Quando Rondo as retaliation for the death of King Von. The goons opened fire on Rondo’s car on a Beverly Hills street. However, they ended up missing Rondo and killing his cousin.
Durk could get the death penalty. There is no information on when the trial may start.
According to Charleston White, Smurk may have trouble in a Cali prison.
“I bet he going to PC. Them California n*ggas gonna extort him. One thing we know about California, the Crips and Bloods rule … it’s going be hard on ass, they gonna extort him because they know he got money,” White said.
