Lil Yachty has engaged in several public controversies this past year, and it appears he’s hit a pause on his rapidly ascending podcast, “A Safe Place Podcast.” As per his close associate and producer MitchGoneMad, the show is unlikely to return in the near future.

On his social media, Mitch proclaimed, “Currently practicing my technique for putting fries in the bag, will provide an update soon..” This update came just a few days after he humorously sought Lil Yachty’s new phone number via a tweet. Given his playful demeanor, fans often find it challenging to determine when he’s being serious. When a follower inquired about when the next episode would air, he responded, “To be honest, I think dude is rolling up that podcast in a backwood as we speak.”

Yachty appeared quite distressed following the fallout regarding former Concrete Boyz member, KARRAHBOOO, departing from the group. In their social media exchanges, Yachty asserted that he penned her most recognized songs and helped cultivate the style that brought her fame. She retorted, urging him to keep her out of the “internet drama.”

This past Friday (Sept. 27), KARRAHBOO posted, “Every time someone tries to voice the truth about this industry and these corrupt, affluent, powerful, dishonest, soulless individuals, it never ends well. These people will go to any lengths to harm you and portray you as crazy in the media.”

She added, “Thus, when these victims attempt to share their stories, they face immense backlash and hatred. Nobody believes them, and it’s almost as if there’s no point in speaking up – hence, people usually remain silent until a decade later.”

Recently, Lil Yachty dropped a track featuring BIA titled “PISSED OFF.” In the lyrics, he raps, “Channel watch looks like milk, pull a b**ch, she soft like silk (Mwah)/ I be f**kin’ that set like–, I be f**kin’ that set like milk (F**k you)/ My n**ga a back door king, sometimes you forget it’s a front/ Every single one of my n**gas is wealthy, not a single one rolling your blunt.”
