Luke Combs, Eric Church, and various other country music icons united for a noble initiative … successfully amassing substantial funds for individuals impacted by Hurricane Helene.
On Saturday night, twelve renowned country musicians gathered at Bank of America Stadium to host the largest concert in the venue’s nearly three-decade existence — attracting an audience of 82,193.
The Panthers call BoA Stadium home … and the team’s proprietor, David Tepper, along with his wife Nicole, generously opened the venue free of charge, ensuring that all funds raised would be allocated directly to those in urgent need.
Combs shared insights into how this fundraising event — which typically requires months of preparation — materialized within a mere four weeks.
Luke recalls that he reached out to his manager in the wake of the hurricane … expressing the need for a benefit concert. His manager promptly contacted the Carolina Panthers, and Luke then reached out to Church — they agreed to participate right away.
According to Combs, the Teppers not only provided the venue, but also covered expenses for beverages, food, parking, and labor … thus ensuring that none of the proceeds would be diminished.
Ultimately, the concert — featuring Combs, Church, Keith Urban, James Taylor, Billy Strings, Sheryl Crow, The Avett Brothers, and several other performers — generated $24.5 million for Hurricane Helene relief efforts.

Numerous celebrities also populated the stands … with Sydney Sweeney, Nicole Kidman, Randy Travis, and others attending to lend their support for the initiative.
Hurricane Helene caused devastation across the Southeast United States late last month … claiming over 200 lives and inflicting millions of dollars in damages.
It appears Luke, Eric, the Teppers, and all their associates are assisting the area to reconstruct and recover.
