In one of the most shocking accusations against Diddy, a claimant asserts that he was only 10 years old when the Bad Boy tycoon allegedly compelled him to engage in a sexual act as a means to achieve his dreams of fame.
The latest lawsuit surfaced on Monday in New York state, filed by a John Doe plaintiff, who alleges that he traveled to NYC with his family in the summer of 2005 for an audition with Diddy. He states that Diddy requested to meet him in private, apart from his family.
According to the legal documents acquired by TMZ, the claimant recounts meeting Diddy at a hotel close to Madison Square Garden, where he performed multiple songs that Diddy supposedly enjoyed — leading to the mogul proclaiming he could help launch the boy’s career.
The lawsuit indicates that Diddy inquired about his level of desire to achieve stardom, to which the boy replied that he would “do anything.” Subsequently, he claims a member of Diddy’s entourage offered him a soda, leading to him feeling “a little funny” after consumption. He suspects it was tainted with GHB or ecstasy.

The supposed victim recounts that Diddy then motioned for him to advance closer, telling him something akin to, “Sometimes you have to do things you might not want to do.” It is at this point that Diddy allegedly exposed himself and forced the child to perform oral sex — as reported in the lawsuit filed by Tony Buzbee, leading the plaintiff to faint.
Upon regaining consciousness, he asserts that his pants were unfastened, leading him to believe he had been sexually assaulted.
The plaintiff asserts he felt sluggish, still under the influence of the drugs, and when he cried out for his parents, Diddy allegedly threatened to harm them if he disclosed what had transpired.
Despite these threats, he claims he did inform his parents, but they were all fearful of reporting the incident to law enforcement due to potential ramifications.
Since that distressing event, the plaintiff claims to have endured nightmares and the loss of a typical childhood. He is suing Diddy and his associated entities on grounds of gender-based violence and is pursuing compensation.
Diddy’s legal representatives have stated to TMZ that “The attorney behind this lawsuit appears to seek media attention rather than the truth, evident from his frequent press conferences and public advertisements. Mr. Combs cannot address every public spectacle, especially when faced with claims that are blatantly absurd or evidently false.”
Furthermore, they emphasize their absolute confidence in the legal system, believing that “truth will triumph: Mr. Combs has never engaged in any form of sexual assault or trafficking — regardless of whether the victim is male or female, adult or minor.”
