Young Thug, Yak Gotti, and Shannon Stillwell are the only three defendants left in the Fulton County RICO case against the YSLs, which has become the longest-running trial in Georgia state history.

There were 28 defendants when the case began.

Several YSL took plea bargains this week, and Thug, Gotti, and Stillwell are said to be negotiating for their own plea deals.

Fulton County began initiating the deals after their prosecutor screwed up in court and revealed the criminal past of one of the defendants to the jury.  That’s a big no-no, threatening to send the case into a mistrial.

That gives the defendants leverage in their plea negotiations, and the hope is that Thug will be home soon.
