Ric Flair’s stepson, Sebastian Kidder, a rising artist, has sadly passed away at the young age of 24 after taking his own life, his mother Wendy Barlow shared with TMZ Sports, expressing the family’s profound sorrow.
Kidder succumbed to injuries from a gunshot wound on Saturday afternoon at their residence in Georgia. Authorities are actively looking into the incident.
“I am heartbroken and in disbelief. This is an epidemic affecting our young males. And mental health is a serious issue…,” Barlow stated.
The details surrounding Sebastian’s demise remain unclear at this time.
In recent months, Kidder’s musical career was gaining momentum. Notably, he made an appearance on FOX’s Good Day Atlanta this summer, where he performed one of his tracks and discussed the release of his debut album.
Flair has yet to publicly comment on Sebastian’s passing… but the two shared a bond that dates back approximately 13 years, since SK was a child.
Ric and Wendy married in 2018 (they recently made the decision to part ways) … but shared years of dating before their marriage.
R.I.P., Sebastian.
