Rihanna and ASAP Rocky are the proud parents of two wonderful kids, RZA and Riot; however, to the public’s knowledge, they have not officially gotten married. On Saturday (October 11), the artist sparked speculation about their marital status by discussing the “wifehood-ish” practices she’s exploring in anticipation of Halloween (October 31).

During a launch event for Savage X Fenty’s Lavish Lace collection, Rihanna was inquired about her plans for the upcoming holiday. “Now that I have kids, I finally got the courage to go trick or treating at other people’s homes,” she said. “I’m all in for the festivities. I’m planning to learn how to make cookies because I want to bake ghost cookies. If I manage to accomplish that, I’ll feel victorious this October.”

She continued, “It’s motherhood, a bit of wifehood, just being a homebody — I enjoy it. I thrive on homemaking… I love to infuse excitement and celebrate special occasions. I’m working to create new traditions for the little family we’ve established.”

The video clip quickly spread across social media, prompting many to conjecture that the couple may have already wed. “Didn’t they secretly tie the knot? ‘Wifehood-ish’ hints at that,” one user commented on The Neighborhood Talk’s repost. Another user mused, “They strike me as the couple that’s already married without making a big announcement.”

A different individual questioned, “They aren’t married?! You could’ve knocked me over with a feather! They seem like such a genuine partnership.”

As for the upcoming holidays, RiRi shared with E! News, “Next comes Thanksgiving with my in-laws, since that’s not celebrated in Barbados. Then Christmas is huge for us, so we plan to go all out.”

In a Tuesday (October 8) chat with W Magazine, Rocky disclosed the moment he became aware that he and Rihanna formed the ideal family. “I realized it when we were younger. I think we both did. So it only made sense as we grew older,” the Harlem native revealed.
